Genmaicha

Description

Blended tea of Koyu district of Miyazaki Prefecture, Matcha from Uji Kyoto, and roasted sweet brown rice. The sweet rice is used for rich aroma, Uji matcha for beautiful color, and the late-picked Koyu species for fresh taste.

玄米茶には通常うるち米を使いますが、より香りが芳醇なもち米を、１００％使用しています。宇治の抹茶で色付けし、宮崎児湯産の２番茶で清涼感を出しています。
