Kamairicha

Description

Pan-roasted tea without steaming. The leaves are hand-picked from wildly grown tea trees. Kamairicha has a pleasant nutty aroma with a slightly sweet flavor and fresh notes. The production of Kamairicha is very limited, due to the extensive process it requires.

自然に自生した茶樹から作られた限定品。茶葉を蒸さずに釜炒りして、揉みを繰り返して作ります。荒々しくも香ばしい味が特徴です。
