Ceremonial Matcha Yugen

Description

Yugen’s mild bitterness, mellow flavor, and beautiful green color is suitable for making sweets, such as Matcha cookies, cake, ice cream. 

Side note: Yugen is the name of a great tea master of Urasenke Tea School in Edo period.

ちなみに、江戸中期、茶道裏千家八世で、又玄という茶人がいました。別号は一燈。茶道で伊予松平家に仕えたそうです。
